Ticket Information:

Hall of Fame Sponsorships and Hall of Fame Individual Tickets go on sale October 1, 2012. All tickets go on sale to the general public Wednesday, December 12, 2012 at 9:00 a.m. EST. All tickets will be sold online this year by visiting our website: www.bgctampa.org. No phone call, fax, email or walk-up reservations will be accepted. There are no refunds on the purchase of Yankees Luncheon tickets. We accept Discover, American Express, MasterCard, Visa and PayPal. You will be emailed a receipt to confirm your ticket purchase.

Tickets will be mailed out in early February. All ticket purchasers will receive an email when tickets are mailed out from our offices. Tickets will be mailed to the address entered during purchase. If the tickets should be mailed to a different location or held at Will Call, please indicate that in the comments section during the purchase process. A ticket is required for entry. Any attempt to enter the event or area without a valid ticket will be considered fraud and dealt with by law enforcement.

Will Call:

Will Call will be available. If you would like your tickets left at Will Call, please indicate this in the Comments section at check out. Will Call is located on the first floor near the auction area. There will be signage. You will need a picture ID to pick up the ticket. The picture ID must match the name of the contact person entered at Check Out. Will Call is meant for the sole purpose of picking up tickets. We will not allow

patrons to leave tickets for others in their party.

Important Security Information:

The New York Yankees Security and the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office provide security for the event. We begin the security check approximately 1 to 1 ½ hours prior to the Luncheon. At this time, guests will enter a foyer area where access will be restricted. Guests will not be able to leave the secure area once admitted. Please plan ahead for this. The ballroom doors are opened at 11:30 and this begins the autograph signing period.

The Boys & Girls Clubs will not be responsible for line control or security for any persons arriving before 10:00 a.m. Holding places in line is not permitted. Your spot in line represents only yourself. Violators will be escorted out of the event by security. The event is in a city facility and all patrons must follow city rules and the city reserves the right to ask anybody to leave. The Boys & Girls Clubs of Tampa Bay and the New York Yankees will deem all decisions by the city as final.

There will be a “ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY” for pushing, cursing and arguing. The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office will provide security for the event and anyone caught running or pushing others will be removed from the ballroom immediately. Ejection from the event will be at the discretion of the staff and will not be debated. Children under five are not allowed. No early entrance is allowed for children or special needs (except guests at Hall of Fame tables). Special needs guests will enter a different entrance for the safety of all guests. Any attempt by patrons to alter tickets, enter in to restricted areas or use tickets from previous years will constitute fraud and will be handed over to law enforcement.

All guests will enter through security and all bags will be checked. No bats will be allowed into the secure area. Please bring other items such as jerseys, baseballs and photos that you would like autographed. We will have official major league baseballs and other items for sale that day. No large bags will be allowed into the ballroom.

Event Details:

Yankees players (past and present) and coaches are available to sign one item per person. We cannot guarantee who and how many autographs you will be able to obtain. Some players will have longer lines than others. If you choose to stand in one of the longer lines, there is a possibility that you will not be able to obtain an autograph from that player due to time constraints. Players are contractually obligated to be at the Luncheon, although we cannot guarantee which Yankee players and coaches will be in attendance.

After the autograph signing period, the Yankees players and coaches will be introduced at the Head Table and lunch will then be served. After lunch the Yankees present a program which you will not want to miss!
