Frequently Asked Questions
 
1. Where do I park my vehicle? 
Parking for race participants is at Warwick High School parking lot at 51 Copeland Lane, Newport News, VA.
 
2. Can I bring my dog?
Dogs are welcome at the race event on leash however we ask that dogs are not brought on the race course.
 
3. Can I bring a stroller?
Strollers are allowed on the race course however we ask that individuals with strollers ensure there is room on the course for those individuals running for time.  We also ask that those with strollers begin the race in the back.
 
4. What is provided at the race site?
Water, fruit, and snacks are provided for the race participants before and after the event.  A water station is also available at the halfway point.  Each participant recieves a t-shirt and race bag.  Port-a-potties will be available on site as well. 
 
5. What happens if I have an injury or get sick?
A trained medical professional will be on site.  If you are on the course and need assistance please alert one of our race marshalls and they will call our medical professional who will come and assist you.
