2014 Annual Golf Tournament
Dear Club Supporter,
I would like to invite you to participate as a sponsor, golfer, or better yet, both, in our 30th Annual Golf Tournament, to be held this year on Friday, August 1st at the Billerica Country Club. Golfers will tee off at 8am with a sumptuous Barbeque lunch, cocktail hour and silent auction beginning at 1pm. We hope to set a new record this year by raising $50,000 and, with your help, we can help even more kids than last year with the proceeds.
As you may know, the Boys and Girls Club has more than 4000 members and plays a vital role in the Merrimack Valley area with its after school child care programs, recreational and educational activities. The Club is the largest provider of child care with over 350 children daily receiving programming and supervision. The very active swimming pool and after school drop in programs raise the number to over 1000 people daily receiving our programs. With the opening of our new facility two years ago the numbers have continued to rise.
We hope you will consider participating in our tournament. In addition to playing golf there are sponsorship opportunities through which you may provide much needed assistance.
------Elite Sponsor: $1000 As an Elite Sponsor you will receive a tee and green sponsorship, recognition in our program booklet, a foursome for golf, and a delicious Barbeque lunch
------Gold Key Sponsor--$500. As a Gold Key Sponsor you will receive a tee and green sponsorship, recognition in our program booklet and a delicious Barbeque lunch
----Presidential Sponsor--$300. A tee or green sponsorship, recognition in the program booklet, and two tickets for lunch.
The cost to play in the Tournament is $400 per foursome, or $110 per individual.
We sincerely hope that you will help our kids by sponsoring and/or playing in
this years Tournament. All the funds raised will be used to provide Financial
Aid assistance to needy families in our child care program.
