FAQ's

Q1:     I see that registration starts at 10:00am and the race kicks off at 11:00am, but how long is the race expected to last?
A1:     At the outset, we expect the race to last about 3 hours and we will have awards and a raffle at the conclusion of the race so you can expect to be done by about 4:00.

Q2:     How long is the race?
A2:     The optimum route for the race is just over 3 miles; however this can vary depending on how effective your team is when mapping out the race.

Q3:     What is appropriate attire for the race?
A3:     We recommend wearing comfortable shoes and clothing that is easy to move around.

Q4:     What about the costume contest; can I wear my costume during the race?
A4:     Absolutely! But again, if you do we recommend that you can easily move around. You will likely have a chance to put your costume on once you are back at Quality Social.

Q5:     Do I have to wear a costume?
A5:     Costumes are optional, but remember that awards will be given to the best ones!!

Q6:     I have already paid my entrance fee, however my plans have changed and I can no longer attend the event, can I get a refund.

A6:     We are so sorry that we will miss you at this great event and while funds are not refundable, they are transferable so please feel free to have someone attend in your place.

Q7:     Is parking covered in my entrance fee?
A7:     Parking is not covered

Q8:     Is there a minimum age for the race?

A8:     Yes, all participants must be at least 21 years of age

Q9:  Do I need to bring any supplies to the race or will everything be provided?

A9:  All race materials will be provided for you with the exception of a camera.  We recommend a smart phone as well, in order to get the most out of your racxe experience.
