Biographical Summary

Robbie Bach

Robbie Bach joined Microsoft in 1988 and over the next 22 years worked in various marketing, general management and business leadership roles.  He spent two years as the companies’ first ex-pat working at the European headquarters in Paris, and then spent five years in various leadership roles in the successful launch and expansion of the Microsoft Office business.  Robbie then transitioned to the consumer side of the company, leading a number of businesses including leading the creation and development of the Xbox business.  Bach retired in 2010 as Microsoft’s President of the Entertainment and Devices Division. Serving in that position since 2006, Bach successfully managed a worldwide, end-to-end business with over 9,000 employees and turned these investment businesses into a division that generated $8 billion in revenue and $780 million in profit in 2010.

In addition to his work at Microsoft, Bach serves on the national board of governors for the Boys and Girls Clubs of America and was the chairman of the board from 2009-10. He has also been a member of the local Bellevue, WA Boys and Girls Club since 1999 and chaired that board from 2004-06.  In 2011, he joined the US Olympic Committee board of directors.

Bach received an MBA from Stanford University and a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of North Carolina where he graduated with highest honors and was a first team Academic All-American on the Tar Heel’s tennis team. He currently resides in Medina, Washington­ with his wife, Pauline, and their three children.

John Curley
For 14 years John Curley hosted KING 5 TV's "Evening Magazine," the highest-rated regionally produced TV show in the country. John has won numerous Emmy's for his work….And single handedly lower the standards by which people are awarded Emmys. John filled two passports on KING TV's dime traveling the world from the middle seat in coach. 

And now, nearly every weekday and weekend of the year, John emcees events and fundraisers—including sales conferences, auctions, and galas. Known as the Ironman of Auctioneers, he raises $1.7 million dollars every MONTH for area non profits.

He was also the newly elected member of Sammamish city council.
