2011 Ferndale Branch Golf Tournament

Sponsorship Levels & Benefits

 

Golf Tournament Title Sponsor- $3000 - (Multiple Opportunity- max 4)

ú  Includes:

o   One (1) Team entry for four people

o   Name listed on all pre-event materials, marketing and promotions

o   Recognition at registration table

o   Banner at event staging area and in dining area post-event

o   Link/Logo on Whatcomclubs.org

 

Golf Tournament Cart Sponsor - $2000 – (Single/Exclusive Opportunity)

ú  Includes:

o   Business name, logo and sponsors choice of wording for “cart sponsorship” recognition

o   Right to place any promotional material inside of each cart

 

Golf Tournament Beverage Sponsor- $1000 – (Two spots at this level)

ú  Includes:

o   Name on promotional materials in cart (beverage specific)

o   Link/Logo on Whatcomclubs.org

o   Name on banners attached to beverage carts

o   Banner at event designating their “beverage sponsorship”

 

Golf Tournament Dinner Sponsor- $500 – (Two spots available at this level)

ú  Includes:

o   Name on promotional materials on dinner tables

o   Link/Logo on Whatcomclubs.org

o   Banner at dinner designating their “dinner sponsorship”
 

Hole (Tee/Green) Sponsors- $125 per tee or green sponsor; $200 for an entire hole (Tee & Green, with a sign on both)- There will be one (1) sponsor per tee, and one (1) sponsor per green.  If a sponsor pays $125 for a tee sponsor, their sign will be the only sign on that tee; if a sponsor pays $200 for a hole, they will be the only sign on that hole’s tee and that hole’s green. 

ú  Includes:

o   Custom-made sign (24” x 18”) placed by the tee, green or both; respective of sponsorship
 

“Own the Hole & the Activity” Sponsor- $500 (2 KP, 2 Longest Drive, 1 beat the pro)

ú  For a $500 sponsorship, sponsor will receive:

o   Both tee & green sponsor for that hole

o   Sponsorship of that hole’s contest: first come-first served.  First sponsors to commit receive first choice of what contest they prefer to sponsor

o   Right to place reasonable amount of promotional materials at the tee of their respective hole and/or give away promotional materials to golfers
