The Boys & Girls Club of Robertson County is excited to invite you to participate in The EVENT to be held Saturday August 27, 2011 from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.  Proceeds benefit the Boys & Girls Club of Robertson County serving over 500 kids through out the area.

Please complete the application and include the following items before August 1, 2011 for the FREE booths; or by August 15, 2011.

      Complete Application
Hold harmless agreement (included in the application)
Prefer Current photos of your products intended for use and overall display

The EVENT is an outdoor event and there are no refunds for inclement weather.

* NOTE: FREE Vendor Booth deadline is August 1, 2011

Cancellation Policy:
Cancel prior to August 1, 2011 for refund.  Cancellations must be in writing to:

Set up Times:

Friday August 26 between 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm
Saturday morning August 27, 2011 10:00 am to 3:00 p.m.

Tear-down Time:

 *Saturday August 27, 2011 after the close of The EVENT.
 *Scheduled at 10:00 pm.
 *No vehicular traffic is permitted on The EVENT grounds until clearance by The EVENT
  officials;
