2010 Lexus Champions For Charity

National Championship

DATE

· December 8th (Arrivals & Registration)

· December 9th , 10th, 11th (Tournament Golf)

PLACE

· Pebble Beach Resorts; Pebble Beach, CA

· The host hotel is The Inn at Spanish Bay, and all hotel reservations must be made by contacting a Lexus Champions for Charity representative.

TOURNAMENT FORMAT

· 54-hole event, 3 days of play, 18 holes per day using:

PEBBLE BEACH GOLF LINKS

THE LINKS AT SPANISH BAY

SPYGLASS HILL GOLF COURSE

· 2-person best ball, amateurs only

· All players must have verified handicaps and must present handicap card at registration: 80% of handicap will be used

HOSPITALITY PACKAGE

· Meals for each finalist, carts and greens fees during tournament

· Transportation between the Monterey Peninsula Airport or San Jose International Airport, Pebble Beach Resorts, and tournament sites.

· Spouse/guest package will be available at an additional cost to the participant ($700).

· Each participant is responsible for paying his/her own airfare and accommodations unless otherwise provided via the local charity tournament. All reservation arrangements at Pebble Beach Resorts (host hotel for all participants - The Inn at Spanish Bay) should be obtained through a Lexus Champions for Charity representative.

· Registration and the Welcome Reception are scheduled for Wednesday, December 8^th. The first round of golf will begin at 9:00 AM Thursday morning, therefore it will be necessary for participants to schedule their flights to arrive in Pebble Beach on Wednesday, December 8^th and depart Sunday, December 12^th.

· All finalists will be contacted prior to the National Championship to finalize all tournament and transportation arrangements.

11:45AM – 1:30PM Spouse Luncheon & Culinary Demonstration (St. Andrews/Peppoli)

1:30PM – 4:30PM Carmel Shopping Shuttle departs from Spanish Bay (return shuttles every hour)

6:00PM Cocktail Reception (Ballroom Gallery)

6:30PM – 8:30PM Dinner (buffet), casual attire (The Ballroom/St. Andrews Room)
