No processing fee for online registration 

Walk-in Registration accepted until Tuesday, September 16th at 2 convenient locations:
  • Boys & Girls Clubs of York County Administrative Offices (410 E. Black Street, Rock Hill) 
  • Charlotte Avenue YMCA (402 Charlotte Ave., Rock Hill)
Late registration will take place at Academy Sports from 4-7 pm on Friday, September 19th 

Race Day registration will end at 7:30 A.M. for the 8K. 
NO ENTRIES ALLOWED AFTER 7:30 AM!


Race Packets
  • T-shirts and chips for digital timing will be provided in the race packets to pre-registered participants. 
  • Short sleeve Technical T-shirts are only guaranteed to the first 150 pre-registered 8K runners.
  • Packets may be picked up at Academy Sports & Outdoors (2468 Cross Pointe Drive, Rock Hill) on Friday, September 19th from 4 - 7 PM and at the registration table located at Winthrop Operations Center starting at 7 AM race day. 

Awards & Awards Ceremony
  • FUN RUN – Open to all ages. Medals will be given to participants ages 13 & under. 
  • 8K – Prize to be determined for overall male and female winners, and prizes to first place masters (40 & over) male and female finishers. 
  • First, second, and third place finishers in the following age groups receive awards: 12 & under, 13-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, & 60 and over. 
  • AWARDS CEREMONY WILL BEGIN @ 10:30AM 
  • Full race results will be posted at www.queencitytiming.com

Amenities
  • Split times at each mile mark. Water stop at 2 and 4 mile marks in the 8K race. Refreshments and snacks available for all participants. 
  • Parking and restrooms available on Winthrop University Campus Operations Center
