This is an intimate gathering prior to the original Wine & Cheese event.  The Vineyard Room features a sommelier, or trained and knowledgeable wine professional, who will educate guests about an array of six first-class wines valued up to $90 per bottle from the Trinchero Estates Napa Valley winery.  These wines will be exclusive to this special event.  Additionally, a Jack Daniel’s Sinatra bourbon valued at $200 will also be offered for these guests to sample.  There are only 50 tickets available and no registration lines to wait in, so get your ticket before they are gone!

The annual Portage County Taste of Wine & Cheese features over 100 different wines from around the world, more than a dozen specialty cheeses, hand-crafted local beers from Central Waters Brewery, O’so Brewery, Stevens Point Brewery, bourbon from Cellar 70, spirits from Great Northern Distilling, and delicious desserts and a wide variety of hors d'oeuvres.  The event also includes a bountiful silent auction, a chance to win a diamond donated by Lee Ayers Jewelers in the Sippin’ for Bling event, a raffle where you have a chance of winning Beer for a Year from Central Waters, and a Wine Pull where everyone leaves a winner with a bottle of wine.  Fill out your ticket stub for a chance to win free tickets to next year’s event!
