3 SIMPLE STEPS TO SIGN-UP:
1)  Select the tab, 'Sign Up Today!' to preview the sports and age groups available.

2)  Click the blue, 'Register'  button to open the registration form.  Sign up for as many sports as you would like.  Please only fill out form for 1 child each.  No matter which sport you choose, your child will have a terrific Youth Sports League experience.  Hit 'Submit', only once, at the bottom of the registration form.

3)  To Finalize Your Youth Sports Registration:  You will receive a receipt via email.  Bring a copy of this receipt with you on the first day of the season.

  • Rain or Shine:  If weather permits, each team player will be called by their volunteer coach letting them know when practices and games will resume.
  • Refunds and Cancellations: All payments are non-refundable.  If cancellation of a Session is due to a medical emergency, a Physician's note is required, minus the $25.00 Administration Fee.  If you desire an account credit, there is no Administration Fee, and credit will remain on your account for one year. 
  • Withdrawals:  If a team player discontinues attending the Season once it has started, there will be no refunds or credits.  The Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Conejo Valley reserves the right to dismiss a team player whose conduct is dangerous, illegal, or in the judgment of the Sports Coach and/or detrimental to the team players. 
  • Confirmations:  As soon as you complete on-line registration, you will receive a confirmation.  You will also be sent an email with your receipt. 
  • Fees:  A Fee is required of all team players.  This fee allows each player to receive a trophy, uniform, individual and team pictures, referee services, and an awards ceremony.
