To register online, please select the number of weeks your child plans to attend to place a deposit on those weeks. After completing the details and submitting payment we will contact you regarding your balance (due the Monday prior to attending each week).
PLEASE NOTE: AN ACTIVE CLUB MEMBERSHIP IS REQUIRED FOR ALL CAMPERS ($30 Sept. 2012 through Aug. 2013) Please register for membership prior to attending by stopping by the club during regular business hours (9am-6pm M-F). Membership is not included in camp fees.

What payment is required to register online?
$25 Camp Registration Fee
$25 Deposit per week/per child you are registering for.
*If you select swim lessons, the $14 fee per week will be added to your registration payment. A separate receipt will be produced for swim lessons.
What is my total balance due for camp?
What is the membership fee?The prices on the registration form can be used as a guide. We will contact you before camp begins with your exact balance due based on your selections. Each week's balance is due the Monday prior to attending to avoid a $10 late fee. You can opt to have your card processed automatically for the camp balance.
Do you offer financial assistance or family discounts?Membership is required for every program at the club including Camp Souhegan. You may print off the application online, but must drop-off or mail the application to the club along with $30 payment.
Family discounts and needs based scholarships are available - please contact Robin DeHaven, Finance Director by calling 672-1002 ext 14 or email rdehaven@svbgc.org for scholarship application or more information.
#Multi-week Camps/Sessions
I'm registering for a 3 week camp session:
Do I select 3 weeks on the registration form?
YES. You would register for 3 weeks of camp ($25 deposit each week/each child) and select the appropriate camp for each week. For instance; a theater camp runs from week 3 to 5. You would select Theater Camp for week 3, Theater Camp for week 4, and Theater Camp for week 5. You would also want to select before and after care if needed for each week.
Do I have to pay for all 3 weeks?
#Camp Groups & AgesYES, a multi-week camp or session requires payment for each week.
What group should I select for my child?
Can my 6th grade child stay in a group with my 5th grade child?Groups are based on the grade your child will enter in September of 2013. If your child will complete 3rd grade this June, you would select a camp with Grade 4 listed as an option.
#Refunds and ChangesYour children must each stay with their assigned group. You may select a specialty camp offered to a variety of grades if you want your children to be in the same group.
When can I get a refund and how much?
A nonrefundable $25.00 deposit is required to reserve your spot EACH WEEK. This fee, though non-refundable,is transferable to another week or towards your balance.After June 17th, NO DROPS WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR REFUND but your deposit can be transferred to another week. Drop requests must be submitted in writing to the Camp Director.Transfers must be requested in writing to the Camp Director two weeks prior to attending. Requests for transfers will be honored based on availability.*SWIM LESSON FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND CANNOT BE TRANSFERRED.
Camp runs from 9am to 4pm with the exception of Early Education HALF-DAY Camp (9am-noon).Extended hours are offered for an additional fee.Before Care: 6:45am to 9am $5 per dayAfter Care: 4pm to 6pm $5 per day
