Directions

Founders Pointe is located in Isle of Wight County, Virginia. A quick 10 minute drive to Hampton and Newport News, and 25 minutes from downtown Norfolk.

From the Peninsula:

• Take Mercury Boulevard to the James River Bridge
• Cross the James River Bridge
• Travel 2 miles and turn left onto Sugar Hill Road
• Travel 1 mile, turn left onto Founders Pointe Trail.
• Turn right to stay on Founders Pointe Trail.

From the Southside:

• Take I-664 to exit 9-A
• Travel north on Route 17 for 7.6 miles and turn right onto Sugar
• Hill Road
• Travel 1 mile, turn left onto Founders Pointe Trail.
• Turn right to stay on Founders Pointe Trail.
