Kids Cruz Car Show Rules

 

  1. Display Guidelines and Etiquette: No loud music is allowed from the exhibitor’s display. Any display with questionable music, videos, art or other media is not permitted and will be removed from the show. No tire squealing or hot rodding. Do not discard your trash on the ground, trash receptacles are placed around the field for your convenience. The Boys & Girls Club reserves the right to remove “promotional” items within a display area. NO ALCOHOL permitted on the grounds. Cars with alcohol will be ejected immediately. No saving spots, parking spots are first come, first serve.
  2. End of Show: The Boys & Girls Club of Bloomfield STRONGLY urges and recommends that vehicles and displays not be torn down until the latter part of the Kids Cruz Poker Run & Car Show event (6:00pm minimum). Starting the engine, moving/operating the vehicle in the crowded environment will be a safety hazard to our guests trying to enjoy the Car Show. If you insist on leaving during the show, please locate a Boys & Girls Club of Bloomfield staff member and we will help to escort your car through the crowds.
  3. Registration/Entry:  If you bought advanced online registration, please present the printed ticket to the attendant at the gate and retrieve your entry packet.  You will be required to sign your registration form.  You may also choose to pay for registration the day of the event. You will then be given a Registration Form that must be filled out and taken to the ENTRY TABLE and you will then receive an Entry Number. Please display this entry number in you front left window.
  4. Judging: Judging of the vehicles will be conducted roughly an hour before award presentations at 6:00pm. People’s Choice selection sheets are included in your packet.  People’s Choice ballots are due at the ENTRY TABLE by 5:00pm.
  5. Final Say: The Boys & Girls Club Board of Directors reserves the right to alter or modify the rules listed to enhance the event. The Boys & Girls Club Board of Directors will have the final say in any conflicts that may occur.
  6. Disqualification/Removal: Any Exhibitor who fails to follow these rules and regulations or any verbal instructions from the event staff is subject to disqualification and removal from the event. This also includes unsportsmanlike conduct, excessive profanity or anything else deemed inappropriate by the event staff. The Boys & Girls Club of Bloomfield, its Board of Directors, staff, volunteers, or sponsors shall not be held responsible for any damage or loss of property. By registering for the event, said participant agrees to adhere to the Car Show Rules and Regulations.

Event management reserves the right to restrict entrance due to unacceptable behavior during any and all activities promoted and/or allowed by the Boys & Girls Club of Bloomfield at any of its annual events, activities or programs. Any poor behavior on or off the event location upon which the event is being held and sponsored shall be considered reason for denying admittance of any vehicle and/or entrant to the Kids Cruz Poker Run & Car Show. The interpretation of what may or may not constitute “poor behavior” shall be at the sole and exclusive discretion of the Boys & Girls Club of Bloomfield Board of Directors. This reservation of rights includes persons, things, conduct, printed matter, or any act or item of poor character which may be deemed or considered to be objectionable to the well-being of said events. Should the Boys & Girls Club of Bloomfield, or any authorized representative thereof, deem it necessary to evict or restrict any action and/or entrance on the part of any entrant, participant, spectator and/or his or her spouse, the Boys & Girls Club of Bloomfield, its volunteers, staff, or sponsors shall not be liable, under any circumstances, for refunding any entry fees, except at its own discretion.
