Auction Instruction and Rules

  • In order to place a bid you must first register for an account. Returning bidders can login using their account email and password.
  • Bidders can keep track of items by clicking on the link found below the "Place Bid" button.
  • Bidders can view items by category or by the full list.
  • Some items have a reserve price and will be noted in the item description. A reserve price is a hidden minimum price—essentially, the lowest price that we are willing to accept for the item. If the listing ends without any bids that meet the reserve price, we are not required to sell the item.
  • If you are the winning bidder, you will be contacted to provide your credit card information
  • Auction winners will be notified by email of their winning bid upon auction closing at 3:00 pm on Friday, June 20th. Items can be picked up at the Martin's Super Market in Heritage Square.  Email jpickering@pcasjc.org for more information .
  • Any item not picked up by June 22nd, unless prior arrangements have been made, will be forfeited.
