Developing Positive Relationships with Youth
The purpose of this workshop is to identify ways to establish and maintain positive relationships with youth, define high-impact conversations related to interaction with youth, Learn ways to create a safe, positive environment, and identify and learn a variety of recognition, reward and encouragement techniques
Serving Teens Effectively
The purpose of this workshop is to provide staff with skills and knowledge needed for working with adolescents.

Recognize Boys & Girls Clubs of America Mission, Core Beliefs and Core Characteristics. Identify Youth Development Outcomes and Youth Development Strategy Explore Program Diversity through Core Program Areas Identify Characteristics of Children and Youth Recognize your role as a Youth Development Professional Identify evidence of Quality in Program Apply knowledge into Program Planning.
