5:15pm 19th Hole Social

6:00pm Dinner & Program

*Guests and spouses are welcome to join us

for dinner. Simply enclose an additional

$20.00 per guest.

FORMAT: 3-person scramble w ith divisions

A Flight: with a 9 handicap or less player-

B Flight: with a 14 handicap or less player

C Flight: 60 and up total handicap

Handicap applied to all golfers

COST: $100.00 per player or $300.00 per team

(Includes members of Cedar Creek)

Entry Fee INCLUDES: on course LUNCH, golf with

CART, team MULLIGANS, entry in SKINS GAME,

hole in one PRIZES on all par 3’s, raffle ticket for great

PRIZES, 19th hole SOCIAL, & plated DINNER

TO QUALIFY FOR THE EARLY BIRD SPECIAL YOU

MUST SIGN UP AND PAY PRIOR TO MAY 14TH

INDIVIDUALS WILL BE PUT IN A SPECIAL DRAWING

FOR A CHANCE TO WIN A ROUND OF GOLF
