Silent and Live Auction

Auction Donor:
The
Boys & Girls Club of Stamford is a dedicated youth facility that is open
daily, managed by a professional staff and is available and affordable to all
youth. This defines our essence. An increasing number of school age children
are at home with no adult care or supervision. Boys and girls in our community
are often left to find their own recreation and companionship in the streets.
These young people need to know that someone cares about them. The Boys &
Girls Club of Stamford offers that and more, particularly in these economically
challenging times.
To fund these endeavors, the Boys & Girls Club of Stamford will host our annual fundraiser on Wednesday, April 3, 2019 at the Palace Theatre, Stamford. Our Presenting Sponsor is The Ashforth Company. We will be honoring NBC Sports with the Guardian of the Community Award, EY with the Corporate Partnership Award, and Marc Lyons with The Lifetime Achievement Award.
We
serve more than 1,600 disadvantaged children, ages 5-18, offering programs and
services that promote and enhance their development. We inspire confidence, a
sense of competence, usefulness, belonging and influence in this Positive Place
for Kids. Our goal is to enhance the quality and opportunity of our children
through the offering of facilities, programs and support systems that assist
young people in their academic, social, athletic and cultural pursuits.
I
invite you to support these efforts by donating an item or gift certificate to
our silent auction. As a contributor, your organization will be acknowledged in
the auction journal for the evening. Donations valued at over $500 will be
acknowledged with your company logo in the journal, $1,000 or more will receive
a half page ad in the program journal. Item descriptions and artwork must be
received by March 10, 2019.
